• The package must be booked at least 3 least days before check-in and is subject to ferry and hotel room availability. Early booking is recommended.
• Amendments and cancellations are not allowed once the reservation is confirmed.
• The hotel will provide guests with a ferry ticket confirmation containing a QR code, which may be used only by the listed passenger. An identity document must be presented when accessing the first boarding gate.
• To be entitled to the offer, the first leg of the journey must depart from Hong Kong, and the departure date and time of the ferry sailings for the two(2) economy-class adult tickets must be the same. The ferry ticket confirmation letter must include at least one passenger’s name for ferry group check-in.
• The date of the return ferry ticket from Macau to Hong Kong must be within five(5) days of the hotel check-out date.
• Passengers should allow enough time for immigration and customs clearance. No refund or exchange of tickets will be offered to passengers who delayed to board the vessel.
• Please present your booking confirmation QR code on your mobile device at the boarding gate of the embarkation terminal at least 30 minutes before your departure time.
• The promotional ferry tickets are for use only by registered passengers. TurboJET staff reserve the right to request identification for verification purposes. Passengers who fail to meet the requirements will not be able to enjoy the offer and must pay the regular fare for
boarding.
• Once confirmed, all promotional ferry tickets are non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
• TurboJET and the hotel shall not be liable for any loss arising from the loss or theft of the QR code provided in this confirmation letter.
• This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers, including personal stored value cards, Macau resident discounts, and others.
• No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the package.
• The promotion is subject to TurboJET’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage and the relevant reservation and accommodation terms and conditions of Grand Coloane Resort.
• In case of any dispute, Grand Coloane Resort reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the offer.
