TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Each MOP dollar equals to one shopping point.
2. Applicant must be aged 18 or above, each valid identity document can only be registered once.
3. Each applicantis allowed to have one membership only.
4. The eMembership is not transferable and eMember shall ensure that his/her login name and password are kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized usage.
5. Existing New Yaohan VIP member must input the same phone number that is registered for VIP membership in case of points transfer. Otherwise, points will not be accumulated or transferred afterward.

7. Monthly statement will not be issued to eMember.
8. New Yaohan eStorereserves the right to amend the terms herein from time to time without prior notice.
9. New Yaohan eStorereserves the right for final decision in the event of any dispute.
10. This agreement is subject to the jurisdiction of Macau, SAR.
11. You agree that your personal information provided to New Yaohan eStoremay be used and retained by New Yaohan eStorefor marketing and services purposes. New Yaohan eStorewill not disclose your personal information to external parties.
12. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
