2. Offline application: You are welcome to visit the VIP Concierge on the 11th floor of New Yaohan and apply for VIP membership on the spot.

1. Customers who enter New Yaohan by car from the parking lot should follow the special crowd control measures for VIP DAYS and walk back to the ground floor to enter from the main entrance queue after parking.
2. The "Shopper’s Free Parking" promotion is not applicable to VIP DAYS at New Yaohan.
