"Exclusive Wishing Box"Terms and Conditions:

1. The registration period for the "Exclusive Wishing Box" Lucky Draw ("the Campaign") is from December 1, 2023 to December 28, 2023 ("Registration Period").

2. All participants must apply to become a VIP member of New Yaohan before registration.

3. Participants who make a single purchase of MOP 300 or above at New Yaohan, NY8 New Yaohan, New Yaohan Beauty (NOVA Mall Store) and Kid’s Cavern (NOVA Mall Store) during the registration period will be entitled to scan the QR Code at G/F of New Yaohan, Supermarket front door of NY8 New Yaohan, Cashier of New Yaohan Beauty (NOVA Mall Store) and Cashier of Kid’s Cavern (NOVA Mall Store) to enroll in the Promotion with an eligible receipt. There is no limit to the number of eligible receipts that can be registered. The number of times for each eligible receipt can be registered increases proportionally to the amount of purchase, subject to a maximum of 10 times. The same set of receipt number cannot be registered repeatedly, otherwise it will be invalidated.

4. When registering for this promotion, participants are required to fill in the correct receipt number, purchase amount, place of purchase, date of purchase, name of the registered member and valid mobile phone number of the registered member ("Personal Data"). The Personal Data will only be used for the purpose of identity verification when collecting the products under the promotion. New Yaohan will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any inaccuracy of the personal data. Personal data will be deleted within one year after the event. Customers who do not accept this arrangement will be deemed to have given up their participation in the event. 

5. Receipts for purchases of New Yaohan cash vouchers, Deli Lafayette, CHALLENGER, and any value-added services without the New Yaohan logo will not be accepted; cancellations and refunds, photocopies, handwritten, expired and damaged machine-printed receipts will not be accepted.

6. If the registered receipt is returned or exchanged, the registered information will be canceled in the event database. The participant needs to re-register if have a new receipt after the exchange.

7. The receipt of the purchase order will only be counted as the amount of the deposit paid on that day, while the receipt of the remaining balance must be paid during the campaign period to be eligible for the campaign and will be counted as the amount of the remaining balance paid on that day. Receipts of installment payment will be counted as the full amount of the installment payment.

8. The lucky draw will be held on January 8, 2024. The result of the lucky draw will be announced on January 19, 2024 on New Yaohan's official website and SMS will be sent to notify the participants of the prize collection process.

9. Participants are required to collect the gifts on or before January 31, 2024 at the VIP Counter, 11/F, New Yaohan, or the gifts will be forfeited after that date.

10. All gifts are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non- selectable and non-redeemable for cash.

11. New Yaohan is not responsible for any loss of computer data due to force majeure.

12. All staff of New Yaohan, tenants' staff, promoters, and their family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion as a matter of fairness.

13. By registering for this promotion, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the above terms and conditions. New Yaohan reserves the right to amend or change the content of the terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions will be updated on the website of New Yaohan without individual notification to participants. If you do not agree to the way the Terms and Conditions are amended or updated, or do not accept any of the contents of the Terms and Conditions, you should suspend or cancel your registration immediately. In case of any disputes, New Yaohan reserves the right of final interpretation and decision. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
