• Advance booking required and rooms are subject to availability. To book, please email the booking details to our Reservations Department at reservations@grandcoloane.com with a copy of the e-voucher.
• F&B credit can only be used for items based on original price (a la carte, afternoon tea set, set menu and buffets)
• F&B credit is not applicable on in-room dining
• F&B credit cannot be used together with other promotions such as Happy Hours, Theme Nights/Day discounts or events at the lawn
• Credit is not valid for private event for individual group, banquet function, meeting arrangement and function room rental  
• Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the reservation is confirmed.
• Please present a valid e-voucher upon check-in, and redemption by or before  July 31, 2024. Failure to present such will result in the adjustment of the booking to the hotel’s normal published rates and must be paid upon check-in.
• The e-voucher will be forfeited in the event of no-show or cancellation. 
• No refunds for any unused portion of the package
