Executive Officer / Contract Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the consignment project cycle by complying the company standards
- Assist in designing business specifications, process documentations and plans contractor acceptance & renewal reviews
- Help to improve the consignment process efficiency by delivering logical process solutions
- Assist in increasing the consignment project performance by conducting change management
- Work closely with vendors, contractors stakeholders and business managers
- Work coordinately with the consignment project manager to ensure the project phases are within the timeline and expiration terms
- Handle contract compliance & administration duties for all consignment and concession retail outlet. Assist the manager for sales floor management and co-ordinate with consignment and concessions parties on administrative works
- Provide support to manage sales performance of consignment and concession counters and preparing sales analysis and reports for senior management’s review
- Assist management to study future retail opportunities to maximize retail earnings for the company
Requirements:
- University graduate with degree in Business Management or Business Law or other equivalent disciplines
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in managerial or supervisory level
- Sound knowledge of contract management skills
- Candidates with knowledge of Common Law will be a plus but not mandatory
- Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate availability preferred
